& Permitting Services
Every service your waterfront project requires — designed, permitted, and coordinated by our in-house team from start to finish.

We design and permit these platforms for residential properties in areas where water depth is not adequate for vessel mooring. Permitted through appropriate local and state agencies.
Learn More →Seawall Design & Permitting
We develop the seawall design solution and permit the work through ACOE, FDEP, and applicable local agencies for Keys waterfront properties.

We prepare dredging plans, conduct required environmental assessments — including benthic surveys by our FKNMS-approved biologist — and manage the full ACOE and FDEP permit process.
Learn More →Boat Lifts, Davits & Boat Ramps
We design and permit boat lifts, davits, and boat ramps — all used to remove vessels from the water when not in use. Design drawings prepared by our licensed PE.

Why Glen Boe Associates
Everything In-House.
Nobody Knows the Keys
Like We Do.
Most permitting firms subcontract the parts they can’t do themselves. We don’t. Our team covers engineering, biology, and agency permitting under one roof — and we’ve been doing it in the Florida Keys for over 40 years.
Licensed Professional Engineer On Staff
All design drawings and permit documents are prepared in-house by our licensed PE. No subcontracting, no delays waiting on outside consultants.
FKNMS-Approved Biologist In-House
FKNMS requires benthic surveys be performed by a biologist holding a valid sanctuary permit. Our staff biologist holds that authorization and performs surveys in-house — keeping your project on schedule.
40+ Years in the Florida Keys
We know Monroe County’s waterways, environmental conditions, and agency expectations — including FKNMS coral protocols unique to the Keys. That knowledge translates into faster, cleaner approvals.
Family-Owned — You Talk to the Team
When you call Glen Boe Associates, you speak directly with the people working on your project. No account managers, no runaround.
